Use this form to request a Bike+ order update. If you have not received your Peloton Bike, we will process a cancellation request for your order. 
If you have received your Bike in the past 30 days, we will assist you with processing a return request for your order. 
If you have received your Bike more than 30 days ago, you may be able to trade in your Bike here


Example: ABCD-1234. You can find your order ID in the order confirmation email you received with your order.
